ABSTRACT
This project is put
forth to assess and discuss in details the significance of cost Accounting
techniques in manufacturing businesses. Variety of sources of information was
used, formal and informal discussions were also held with people concerned
(Breweries Nigeria Plc). The research looked into the historical background of
the case study, legal formalities, meaning of cost accounting and manufacturing
businesses, the organization and manufacturing business the organization
administration of cost Accounting in manufacturing businesses, the areas of
decision making when using cost accounting techniques the significant of cost
data. Data collected for the study were analyzed and presented in a
manufacturing company such as Breweries Nigeria Plc.
